DEFINITIONS
Article: Products of any kind offered through the webshop, particularly designer women's clothing, produced in small batches or made to order.
Customer: Any natural person (consumer) placing an order via the website and who is fully legally capable.
Order: Any commitment by the customer to purchase one or more Articles via the webshop. Site: The website of Chérel, accessible via www.cherelofficial.com

INTRODUCTION
These terms and conditions (hereinafter "T&C") apply to all orders placed via the webshop of Chérel, located at Nijmegen and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number xxx.
For inquiries, the Customer can contact via the email address: info@cherelofficial.com.
The T&C apply unconditionally to all articles offered through the site. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and the associated prices.
Confirming the order by clicking the "Order" button constitutes acceptance of these T&C. The terms take precedence over other documents unless expressly agreed otherwise.

WARNING
The webshop is intended solely for private consumers.
Orders placed for the purpose of resale or commercial distribution are not allowed. Orders suspected of being placed by professional sellers (e.g., through platforms, stores, or wholesalers) will be refused without further explanation.
The customer acknowledges the risks of the internet, such as access interruptions, viruses, or data leaks. Chérel recommends taking appropriate security measures to protect equipment and data.

CREATING A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
The customer may create an account via the site, but this is not required to place an order.
When creating an account, the customer is responsible for correctly entering personal information and choosing a unique password. These login details are strictly personal.
If there are concerns about misuse by third parties, the customer should immediately contact info@cherelofficial.com so that appropriate measures can be taken.

FEATURES OF THE ITEMS
The items offered on the website consist of designer women's clothing, produced in small batches or on a made-to-order basis.
Each item is only available while supplies last. Chérel reserves the right to remove items from the collection or adjust product information.
All items are delivered physically; digital products are excluded. Delivery is worldwide.
Images and descriptions on the website are indicative and may slightly differ from the delivered product. In case of errors or omissions in the description, Chérel's liability is limited to covering reasonable return costs.

ORDERING ITEMS
Each order implies a payment obligation. By placing an order, the customer declares to be at least 18 years old or to have permission from a parent/guardian if underage.
After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation by email. Within 1 hour after placing the order, the customer can cancel it via the customer portal or by contacting customer service. After this period, cancellation is only possible via return.
The return period is 14 days from the receipt of the order. Returns outside this period will not be accepted.
The customer is advised to keep the order confirmation email. For questions regarding the order, the customer can contact via info@cherelofficial.com or the customer account on the Site.

PRICE OF THE ITEMS
The prices of the items are displayed on the website in euros, including VAT but excluding shipping costs. The prices apply at the time of the order and may vary due to changes in tax rates or other costs affecting the selling price.
Any new taxes or contributions, such as environmental taxes, may be passed on to the customer in the final selling price.
Shipping costs, including postage, packaging, and preparation of the package, are listed separately before the order is confirmed.
Chérel reserves the right to change the prices of the items at any time. The price invoiced is the price applicable at the time of the order. All price changes will be updated on the Site and apply to new orders.

PAYMENT FOR THE ORDER
Each order involves a payment obligation. Payments must be made immediately via one of the following methods:

The order is only final once the payment is completed. The customer will receive an order confirmation via email, stating the price and the associated costs of the order.

DELIVERY TERMS
The items are delivered exclusively to the countries listed on the website. The customer will receive an order number confirming the correct processing of the order.
Delivery options:

Free delivery to the specified address (standard).

Expedited delivery is available for a fee. The costs for expedited delivery are clearly indicated before confirming the order.
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate address information to ensure smooth delivery. If the customer is absent at the time of delivery, they will receive a 'not home' message with information about new delivery options.
The customer assumes full risk of loss or damage to the items once the delivery is completed. In the case of delivery to a store, the customer will be notified when the order is available for pickup.

DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery duration is determined by the chosen delivery method and the specified delivery address. In most cases, the order will be delivered within 21 calendar days after the order is placed.
If the customer opts for delivery to a store, the order will also be delivered within 21 calendar days.
If there is a delay in delivery, the customer can contact customer service to inquire about the status of the delivery and receive a reasonable additional delivery time.
If delivery does not occur within the new timeframe, the Customer may cancel the order and will receive a full refund within 14 days.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
General conditions for returns:
Products must be unused and unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.
Returns can only be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
Return by post (excluding Archive sale):
The customer has 14 days to initiate the return process. The return label can be downloaded via the customer account or by completing the contact form.
After downloading the return label, the customer has 14 days to send the return by post. The return label is free if the customer wants to change sizes or models.
Once the return is received and inspected, the customer will receive a refund of the purchase amount.
Return in-store:
Customers can return items within 14 days to a selected store, provided the items meet the return conditions (unused, with tags, and in original packaging).
The refund will be made using the same method as the original payment, with an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

EXCHANGE IN STORE OPTION
Without prejudice to the above return or cancellation rights, Chérel offers the Customer the possibility to exchange items ordered via our website (excluding outlet products) in selected stores. The exchange is subject to the following conditions:

The exchange can only occur in selected stores in the Netherlands.

The item must be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order, along with the order confirmation email.

The returned item must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, undamaged, and well packaged in its original packaging. A carefully opened package is not considered damaged.

Items purchased through our online Archive cannot be exchanged in-store.

WARRANTIES
Our products are guaranteed against hidden defects and conformity defects under the conditions of applicable law in the Netherlands.
Warranty for hidden defects: If an item has defects that render it unfit for the intended use or significantly reduce its use, the Customer has the right to return the item for a full refund or keep the item and receive a partial refund.
Statutory conformity warranty: The items must comply with contractual conditions and be free from defects at the time of delivery. If an item does not meet these conditions, the customer has the right to have it repaired or replaced, or, if not possible, receive a refund of the purchase price.
Returns and right of withdrawal: The customer may return a defective item for a full refund or replacement item. The customer can contact our customer service for further instructions and information on how to exercise the warranty.

EVIDENCE AGREEMENT
The customer acknowledges and agrees that the order registration systems are the evidence of all transactions between Chérel and the Customer. The customer confirms that acceptance of the terms and conditions is characterized by checking the "I accept" box on the order confirmation page.

LIABILITY
Chérel reserves the right to change the information on the website at any time and without prior notice. We strive to describe the products on the website as accurately as possible and provide up-to-date information. The customer acknowledges that price differences may occur between the website and our physical stores and accepts that these price differences do not form the basis for refunds outside of exercising the right of withdrawal.
Chérel is not liable for the non-performance of its obligations in case of force majeure, as defined by law, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, war situations, and other external factors beyond our control.

LICENSE
Chérel grants the Customer a limited license for personal use of the website. It is not permitted to reproduce, sell, or otherwise exploit the website or parts of it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

COMMERCIAL OFFERS AND NEWSLETTERS
Chérel may periodically inform customers about products and offers via email, phone, SMS, or social media, provided the customer has given prior consent. The Customer may unsubscribe from commercial communications at any time by following the "unsubscribe" link in the email or by contacting our customer service.
